For more than two decades, I've worked alongside leaders responsible for making difficult decisions, leading through change, and representing organizations in moments that mattered.
My career has taken me from military leadership to executive leadership, partnering with founders, CEOs, elected officials, boards, and mission-driven organizations. Across every role, my responsibility has been the same: help leaders think clearly, strengthen important relationships, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure critical work gets done.
