MY STORY

Behind every enduring legacy is an intentional story.

Leadership becomes heavier as the organization grows.

The decisions become more complex. The stakes become higher.

More people depend on you than ever before, yet there are fewer places

where you can think out loud without feeling  like you have to have all the answers.

I've been there. I understand that weight.

A Foundation of Service

My career began in the United States Army, where I served for more than two decades. Leadership in that environment taught me that trust is earned long before it's needed, that calm creates confidence during uncertainty, and that the best decisions are made with people—not in isolation.

Experience That Spans Sectors

After retiring from the military, I continued serving leaders in executive roles alongside founders, CEOs, executive teams, elected officials, and mission-driven organizations.

I've helped organizations navigate growth, public scrutiny, organizational change, executive transitions, and high-stakes decisions.

Different industries. Different missions.

The same need for trusted partnership.

A Philosophy That Guides Me

The leaders I've worked alongside rarely needed more information.

They needed someone they trusted enough to think out loud with.

Someone who would ask thoughtful questions, challenge assumptions with respect, align people around what matters most, and bring clarity when the path forward wasn't obvious.

I believe leadership is stewardship.

Every decision shapes more than today's results. It shapes trust, culture, relationships, and ultimately the legacy an organization leaves behind.

What It's Like to Work Together

When we work together, you'll quickly learn that I care about your organization as if it were my own.

I'll celebrate your wins, challenge your thinking when necessary, protect your confidence, and tell you the truth—even when it's uncomfortable.

I'll ask the questions others won't.

Help you see around corners.

Bring clarity when things feel uncertain.

And stay focused on what serves your people, your mission, and your long-term vision.

Not because that's my job.

Because that's what true partners do.

I intentionally work with a limited number of leaders because meaningful partnership takes time, trust, and presence.

If you're looking for someone who will think with you, challenge you, navigate complexity alongside you, and care deeply about helping you build something that lasts, I'd be honored to start a conversation.
